Yes. Collection is available and welcome — it also gives you the chance to inspect and power on the machine before completing the purchase. Get in touch to arrange a collection slot.
All component manufacturer warranties apply and transfer to you. We also offer reasonable direct support for any issues that arise — we're not a faceless warehouse. If something's wrong, contact us and we'll work it out together.
We're open to custom build enquiries. Drop us a message with your use case, budget, and any specific requirements, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Our builds are sold as hardware only unless otherwise specified — Windows licensing is not included. The system will POST and boot to a setup screen. Mention your OS preference when enquiring and we can discuss options.
Yes. We can arrange insured courier delivery within the UK. Delivery cost and packaging options will be discussed when you enquire. We use appropriate packaging to protect the hardware in transit.
