Yes. We can arrange insured UK courier delivery using appropriate protective packaging. Delivery costs and timescales will be confirmed when you enquire. We'll discuss packaging options to ensure the hardware arrives safely.
All components carry their original manufacturer warranty, which transfers to you on purchase. We'll provide documentation where available. We also offer reasonable direct support for any issues — contact us and we'll work through it together.
Our machines are sold as hardware only by default — Windows licensing is not included. The system will boot to a setup screen. If you'd like us to source and install a Windows licence, mention it when enquiring and we can discuss options and cost.
